You're going to arrest you because we are reading. As you gain in wait to stop? It will not be easier to quit tomorrow than today. By reading, you've already made a part way. Take now the solemn pledge to stop smoking. A solemn commitment to oneself often allows itself to stop!
A recurrent event in the year are as much an opportunity to reflect on your addiction, and no doubt your ability to stop smoking: colds, bronchitis, pregnancy, smoking you know who fall ill from smoking. Those are all "good times" to stop smoking.
