Ten tips to beat fatigue

While fatigue is often inherent in our lifestyle. Burnout and stress are the main fault. Before jumping on your vitamin cocktails and other stimulants, learn to relax. Some tips for healthy living enough, mostly, letting the fatigue at its door.

Preventing fatigue is the best weapon to prevent it settles. Still need to know to do.

1 - In the evening, eat small

Hearty dinner, choose a breakfast rich in energy intake and vitamins. An evening meal too high risk to harm the quality of your sleep. And a good sleep is your best ally to avoid fatigue.

2 - Eat a varied and balanced

Our food must meet our daily needs for protein, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. If your diet is sufficiently varied and balanced diet, poor you watch. They are the worst enemy of your form and the best friend of fatigue!

3 - Good sleep

Neither too much nor too little, especially regularly. Adjust your night to your own needs. Some people need 6 hours of sleep to be fit when 8 to 10 hours are needed for others.

4 - Respect regular schedules and your own sleep patterns

Nothing worse than going to bed at irregular hours. Our biological clock is strongly buffeted and inevitable fatigue. At night, when the first yawn, you wallow in your quilt. Do not try to resist and fight against sleep. If you let a good time to fall asleep, you may have to wait about two hours before they can again enjoy the pleasures of sleep. And you wake up will be even more difficult.

5 - Make the void before sleep

No need to bring your boss, your children and all your worries in your bed. Let your daily concerns are at the threshold of your room, which must remain quiet. All in good time.

6 - Know delegate

Overwork leads tired out. Learn how to surround yourself with people whom you grant your trust and rest as much as possible, your employees or your family. No one is indispensable.

7 - Get Organized

Your weekend still looks like a marathon. You chain cleaning, ironing, shopping, homework, records professionals to finish, dinner with friends, outings, entertainment ... and Monday, you're tired. Try to divide tasks in the week Involve your partner, make yourself a weekly alternating schedule time for rest and activity. And keep true moments of relaxation and entertainment on weekends.

8 - Make sport and exercise

Fatigue is also often associated with a sedentary lifestyle and confined. On your computer, prefer a long walk outdoors or reasonable practice your favorite sport.

9 - Know when to say no to your children

A spoiled child sometimes makes us unable to rest, So if you have more than one minute to breathe, dare say you need rest. Advise them to take a good book and made the same.

10 - Relax

A good bath, some abdominal breathing, massage with your partner ... are excellent methods of anti-stress and anti-fatigue which would be a shame to miss out on!
